Program Summary:
This 12-week rites of passage program empowers youth through resilience, self-awareness, unity, leadership, and community responsibility. Rooted in the RBG and Pan-African movement, the program emphasizes discipline, cultural identity, and community upliftment.

Frequency: Once per week

Day & Time: Saturdays, 9:30 am – 2:00 pm

Location: Bret Tarver Learning Center – 1516 N. 35th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85009

Orientation Date: January 10, 2026

Program Cost: $300 (installment plans and ESA available)

Program Goals:
To develop young leaders with the skills, discipline, and mindset to strengthen themselves, their families, and their communities, grounded in the principles of the RBG and Pan-African movements.

Payment Options (Current Families Only):
The program fee is $300 — payable in full, by installments, or through ESA. Installments require $150 upfront, with the remaining $150 due before orientation.

We are an ESA-approved vendor. Families selecting ESA will see $0 at checkout and will receive an invoice afterward to complete payment via ACH.
