We provide mentorship, rites of passage, and community engagement through both virtual and in-person experiences—tailored to meet youth and adult needs across different locations. These programs offer a variety of opportunities for growth, connection, and leadership development.

Ongoing Engagement. Amplifying Potential provides both structured and spontaneous engagement—including one-on-one mentorship, group outings, and monthly check-ins. From hikes to movie nights to teachable life moments, AP is about consistent, meaningful connection. This includes our Monthly Mentor & Mentee Bonding events, which offer intentional time for mentors and mentees to build trust, share experiences, and strengthen relationships through purposeful activities and shared fun.

The RBG Youth Leaders Initiative (RBGYL) is our in-person, 12-week Rites of Passage program for young men. Through guided mentorship, hands-on activities, and powerful group discussions, participants explore identity, responsibility, leadership, and purpose. This transformative experience equips young men with the tools to grow in confidence, strengthen their character, and step boldly into manhood with a strong foundation of community and self-awareness.

R.A.C.E. (Refinement, Accountability, Community, Empowerment) is our virtual space for young men to connect, learn, and grow—no matter where they are. Whether you're local or out of state, R.A.C.E. offers flexible access to mentorship, workshops, and real conversations through Zoom and other digital tools. It’s designed to foster growth, build community, and support young men on their journey with purpose and connection at the center.

Join The Conversation every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. MST for a powerful virtual gathering hosted by O.B.F.C. This weekly Zoom call creates a safe, supportive space for Black fathers to share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. Guided by experienced moderators, the dialogue fosters connection, personal growth, and community. All Black fathers are welcome to join, listen, and contribute to this meaningful exchange. The 7 Truths: Youth Mentor Training is a virtual training session for aspiring youth mentors ages 18–30. This 2-hour Zoom program is based on the book The 7 Truths: A Basic Guide for Mentoring Our Youth and is designed to equip participants with essential mentoring skills. Through the “7 Truths” framework, attendees will explore core principles such as Responsibility, Purpose, Relationships, and Personal Development—laying the foundation for impactful and intentional mentorship.
